UP THE HILLS! Strider's 10K
Rick and I ran the Strider's 10 K today. It turned out to be a beautiful day after about 2 weeks of snow. The snow made it really hard to train, but all in all we fared just fine. Well, as fine as we could, after the huge hills that is. The total elevation change is 1063 ft. Rick finished 5th in his age category, and Tiff finished 2nd.
Rick's time: 46:02
Tiff's time: 52:24

It's cool to see you both doing something together :). Congrats that's a great time!
You are awesome. I can not believe how good you are at these races. And looking at your schedule, how many are you running? I wish I had this time. Maybe next year when my cabose is in kindergarten. Good job.

I like that advice you mentioned earlier...if you want to be a faster runner, run faster. Yah. Right. I am amazed at how well you do. that is nice to get right into some races!
I am just catching up on your blog for the past month, and I must say, I wish I was your best friend! What a sweet party for your friend! That is so nice, and such a great idea! You really are a good planner and organizer! And i loved the superbowl pictures!
Struggling right now with a torn rotator cuff in my shoulder, it is SO PAINFUL...it has been keeping me from running and EVERYTHING besides walking. It is so annoying!!!
