Goals for the New Year.


As many of you know my goal last year was to run a marathon. I made a secondary goal to run it in under 4 hours....and I didn't make it (4:06) I'd really like to make a goal to run one again this year and do it under 4. I signed up for Strider's Winter training Circuit. It's 5 races in the spring. Here they are, wish me luck.

5K February 16th 8:00am Ogden Ice Sheet/Dee Events Center in Ogden

10K March 1st 8:00am Ogden Ice Sheet/Dee Events Center in Ogden

10 Miler March 15th 8:00am Ogden Ice Sheet/Dee Events Center in Ogden

Half-Marathon April 5th 8:00am Red Moose Lodge (First half of Ogden
Marathon course)

30K (18.64m) April 26th 7:30am Red Moose Lodge in Ogden Valley

My second goal is to spend more time doing fun things with my family and friends. So don't be surprised if we give you a call.
